Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use DorsEase. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

DorsEase lets creators track endorsement deals, deadlines, payments, and invoices, and publish a rate card. It is free for now and provided as it is. We may change it, add limits, or stop it, and we will give notice when a change affects your data.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Your content

You own what you put into DorsEase. You give us permission to store it and show it as the service needs to: to you, and, for your rate card, to anyone you make it public to. You are responsible for what your rate card says, including prices, audience numbers, and claims about your work. Only upload documents you have the right to keep and share.

What you can't do

• Break the law or someone else's rights.
• Publish false or misleading audience stats or prices.
• Upload malware, or content that is abusive or unlawful.
• Probe, overload, or bypass the service's limits or security, or use it to send spam.
• Impersonate another person or brand.

Invoices and tax

Invoices, balances, and tax presets in DorsEase are tools to help you keep track. They are not tax, accounting, or legal advice. Check your tax obligations, and what your contracts say, with a professional or the tax office.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings at any time, and everything you saved is deleted. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other people at risk.

Our responsibility

We work to keep DorsEase running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost income or indirect losses from using the service. Keep your own copies of anything important; you can export your data in Settings.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. If we change them in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect. Questions? Write to hello@dorsease.web.id.
